JOB DESCRIPTION:
Establish Company sales and distribution strategy for the residential market in Korea together with the Country Manager
Strongly support sales growth through projects specifications and distribution channels for the relevant company products
Set annual sales budgets and monitor sales progress on a monthly basis. Report sales activities directly to the Korea Country Manager on a weekly basis
Identify product needs (technical descriptions, designs, target price) and establish stock strategy together with existing partners
Develop network of regional specialists / sub-dealers and expand residential sales beyond Seoul
Develop and strengthen relationships with leading Interior designers, Architects and Project Managers in order to strongly increase the Company products’ specifications. Plan new product launch event, presentation, Lunch & Learn.
Increase the number of specifications and closely follow-up until it is converted into actual sales
Manage full pipe line of residential on-going projects
Support to the Korean strategic marketing plan (new product launching event, A&D presentation)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in Korean and good level of English is a plus, strong written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of the Korean market and selling process
At least 3 years’ experience in the Korean building material industry, with a focus on residential market.
Aggressive selling skills
Hard working, autonomous and ambitious
Well verse in Microsoft Office, CRM system
Experience in the flooring industry is a plus
