Global Leader in ventilatory technology by developing new and unique products that meet the various clinical needs of customers worldwide.
Support Distributors in ensuring that clients receive top quality services from the company
Be in charge of basic operations of company products
Identify growth opportunities in the market and support distributor's promotion work
Be local expert in company products and advise distributors on better promotion techniques (Global Training will be provided)
Help distributors to promote the company's product more effectively with key clients
Work with company's regulatory and admin team to ensure smooth import
Sufficient level of clinical or engineering qualification to be the Company’s Person Responsible for medical device import and sales licensing
Direct experience and knowledge of mechanical ventilation, either from a clinical or engineering background, minimum of 2 years.
Experience with neonatal ventilation is preferred, but pediatric or adult experience is also welcome
For candidates with experience only in other areas of medical device or a related field, we will consider their background and skills case by case.
As employee #1 in Korea, they will need to be able to work independently and manage their own time schedule.
They will be interacting with senior staff at our distributors and with hospitals and other customers, so confidence and good communication skills will be important.
Candidate will need the ability to communicate smoothly in English or Japanese.
