As a world leader in health supplements, the company manufactures and distributes extensive range of vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements. It employs over 1000+ people and the products are sold in 17 markets across Asia Pacific region.
Responsible channel sales (i.e. Hyper Markets, TV homeshopping, e-commerce) This is a replacement position.
Drive the business to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets
Expected to implement the strategic plan, develop/execute account strategies
Ability to build deep relationships and develop a strong understanding of the business to identify opportunities for growth.
Execution of strategic plan and policies for the business
Execution of Strategic Account plans.
Develop key metrics to monitor and measure business performance.
Channel management, Eg. mass channels such as hyper markets, TV Home Shopping and e-commerce (day-to-day management, new business development, channel strategy, resolution of channel conflict, and relationship management)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Commerce
Excellent professional selling, negotiation and communication skills is essential
Strong personnel management and development skills
Excellent people skills with the ability to develop and foster lasting relationships
Strong comfort level with identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
Creative thinking with problem solving skills
Must be results driven, with proven record of year over year sales growth
Provide timely and consistent reporting as requested
