Company Description:

A manufacturer of 3D printers and 3D production systems for office-based rapid prototyping and direct digital manufacturing solutions

Job Description: 

• In charge of the full set financial, compliance, and ensure strong internal controls for Korea Entity

• To act as business partner for Korea General Manager, North Asia & Korea leadership team and department heads to provide analysis to support business needs

• To Monitor on-going actual spending vs. budget, & maintain strong control over OPEX & Capex within budget

• In charge of regular assigned management reports for local management and user departments

• Prepare analysis and commentary for Quarterly financial reporting & analysis

• Ensure a smooth routine accounting daily/monthly operation and maintain full set of accounts

• Responsible for monthly closing for assigned modules, and quarterly group package reports

• Managing & reviewing extensive tasks outsourced to Deloitte, ensure high quality & timely deliverables

• Follow up collection & overdue AR for Korea region customer/resellers/agents

• Working closely with HK team on credit management / credit application / collection status

• Collaborate with Customer Operations to follow up on non-standard deal structures together with HK team

• Review, verify & release Sales Orders in order to ensure compliance with group policy

• In charge of weekly revenue forecast / Cash flow Forecast

• Coordinate with regional HR teams on payroll & various HR related matters

• Working closely with external advisors for local accounting/tax filling/company secretary filling matters

• Liaison with financial institutions and other service providers

• Participate in global / regional project for process improvement/reports automation/BI tool development

• Continuous improvement on existing process/reports, looking opportunity for cost saving

• Ad-Hoc tasks / projects / analysis as required by HQ / management / user department

Job Requirements: 

• 5+ years relevant working experience in MNC required, experience reporting to HQ in Asia preferred, candidate with more experience will consider as Finance Manager

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance or other relevant qualification

• Knowledge / Experience with US GAAP and SOX compliance is a plus

• Strong business acumen, can do attitude and offer solution to management, while remains independent & gatekeeper for compliance requirement

• Excellent communication skills; strong interpersonal and influential abilities

• Open minded, proactive, detail-oriented and analytical thinking

• Willing to accept challenges and work under high pressure and tight deadlines

• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

• Occasional traveling required

• Excellent computer skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint

• Knowledge with Oracle or other ERP preferred; experience with HFM is an advantage

• Ability of handling large volume of data in excel and to create high quality tables/management reports

• Fluent in written and verbal English and Korean
