Job Purpose:
The Company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support their Korea business. The role requires strong local language capability, clear communication, and a high level of ownership. The focus is to deliver timely, accurate, and reliable support while ensuring a positive customer experience.
[Key Responsibilities]
Handle customer enquiries through phone and email with speed and clarity
Provide support in Korean and English, ensuring accurate understanding of customer needs
Manage order processing, follow-ups, and issue resolution end to end
Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely closure
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to resolve queries
Maintain clear records of customer interactions and actions taken
Identify recurring issues and highlight improvement opportunities
[Requirements]
Proficiency in Korean (spoken and written) is essential
Good working knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate in English.
Strong customer handling skills with a calm and professional approach
Ability to respond quickly while maintaining accuracy
High sense of accountability and ownership
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
[Preferred Profile]
Prior experience in Customer Service or Order Management
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
Experience supporting B2B customers is an advantage
