Job Purpose:

The Company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support their Korea business. The role requires strong local language capability, clear communication, and a high level of ownership. The focus is to deliver timely, accurate, and reliable support while ensuring a positive customer experience.


[Key Responsibilities]

  • Handle customer enquiries through phone and email with speed and clarity

  • Provide support in Korean and English, ensuring accurate understanding of customer needs

  • Manage order processing, follow-ups, and issue resolution end to end

  • Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure timely closure

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to resolve queries

  • Maintain clear records of customer interactions and actions taken

  • Identify recurring issues and highlight improvement opportunities


[Requirements]

  • Proficiency in Korean (spoken and written) is essential

  • Good working knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate in English.

  • Strong customer handling skills with a calm and professional approach

  • Ability to respond quickly while maintaining accuracy

  • High sense of accountability and ownership

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams


[Preferred Profile]

  • Prior experience in Customer Service or Order Management

  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems

  • Experience supporting B2B customers is an advantage
