Job Description:

• Develop new clients and jobs

• Maintain healthy business relationship with assigned key accounts

• Conduct market mapping

• Identify suitable candidates and coduct pre-screening

• Set up interviews

• Negotiate compensation & benefits

• Keep in touch with clients and placed candidates on regular basis

• Identify top-talents in the market and build relationships

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience or

• 5+ years of sales / business development experience

• Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing, consumer, life science and IT/Telecom sector

• Must be fluent in English and local language

• Passion to succed and hungry spirit
