Job Description:

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Brand Card Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the co-brand card project for a major hotel chain and an international credit card company. The project will involve project managing and launching a co-branded credit card program, which will provide customers with exclusive benefits and rewards.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a project plan that ensures the successful launch of the co-branded credit card program.

  • Manage the relationship between the hotel and credit card company, ensuring that both parties are aligned on project goals, timelines, and budget.

  • Oversee the development of marketing and promotion materials, including card designs, promotional materials, and customer communications.

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the program meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the credit card / payment / hospitality industry.

  • Experience managing co-brand card projects is strongly preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience working with legal and compliance teams to ensure that projects meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of the hotel/travel industry is a plus, but not required.

  • Fluent English / Native Korean
