Job Description:
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Brand Card Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the co-brand card project for a major hotel chain and an international credit card company. The project will involve project managing and launching a co-branded credit card program, which will provide customers with exclusive benefits and rewards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a project plan that ensures the successful launch of the co-branded credit card program.
Manage the relationship between the hotel and credit card company, ensuring that both parties are aligned on project goals, timelines, and budget.
Oversee the development of marketing and promotion materials, including card designs, promotional materials, and customer communications.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the program meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the credit card / payment / hospitality industry.
Experience managing co-brand card projects is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working with legal and compliance teams to ensure that projects meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the hotel/travel industry is a plus, but not required.
