Company Description:

As a world leader in health supplements, the company manufactures and distributes extensive range of vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements. It employs over 1000+ people and the products are sold in 17 markets across Asia Pacific region.

Position background:

Ownership of all aspects of Marketing initiatives. This is a replacement position.

 Job Description:

• Marketing vision and strategy

• Team Leadership and contribution

• Korea marketing development & implementation

• New Product Development implementation for core product portfolio

• Fully leverage channel marketing opportunities

• Industry engagement

• Occupational health and safety

• The position has 1 full-time subordinate and reports to the Korea Country Manager

Job Requirements 

[Essential]

• Diploma or above qualifications in Marketing and/ or Economics/ Business

• Minimum 5 years commercial experience in FMCG, healthcare, retail in sales and marketing

• Working knowledge of business financials and demand management

• Strong leadership, training and team skills

• Self starter, working independently whilst guided by Country Manager

• Fluent English / Native Korean

[Desirable]

• Experience in managing the marketing of FMCG products across pharmacy, grocery and other retail channels

• Experience in working with online promotions & marketing agencies

• Knowledge of Scan Data

• Experience in working with distributors or wholesalers
