Job Description:

Identify and review new business opportunities, with focus on Asia-Pacific market
Conduct business/market research
Valuation analysis and financial modeling
Management reporting
Significant stakeholder interaction at multiple levels

Job Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience in Accounting firms; strong M&A execution experience preferred
Strong undergraduate and graduate academic performance
MBA or equivalent graduate school degree preferred
Experience in working with global funds
Fluent English / Native Korean
CPA license (KICPA/AICPA)
Long term commitment
No issues in frequent travel
