Job Description: 

• Perform financial analysis and create financial models

• Prepare and create client presentations and meeting materials

• Interact with client senior executives

• Assist in managing deal processes

• Providing guidance to teammates at the Analyst level

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 3 years of prior work experience, preferably in financial services

• Top academic performer who is comfortable in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and poise

• Strong quantitative background and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English

• Ability to manage junior bankers

• Motivation to work as a team player and contribute to a positive team culture
