Job Description:

  • Responsible for establishing recruiting strategy and executing HR process

  • In charge of on-boarding program for new comers

  • In charge of planning employee benefits and execution

  • In charge of planning employee compensation and bonus schemes

  • In charge of employee contracts, payroll and annual leaves

  • In charge legal matters related to HR / Labor


Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in Game/IT Industry

  • Overall HR and Business support experience including recruitment

  • Strategic thinker and strong execution

  • Fluent English /Native Korean

  • Role could possibly extend beyond HR (i.e. PR, Business support)

  • Prefer candidates who has experience in organization with 100~200 employees

  • Prefer candidates with experience in making HR / Recruitment manuals

  • Passion for games
