The Company provides revolutionary mobility in cities by empowering citizens with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability. It provides services in more than 150+ cities globally.

Position background:

The company is about to launch a business in Korea and it is looking for a General Manager responsible for P/L via defining country's growth strategy, executing the operations and marketing initiative and crafting the policy and communications strategy for the country.

Job Description:

• Hire and manage a core team to help grow of business in Korea

• Own the country’s P&L, plot a path for growth and profitability

• Create localized marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve consistent branding and visibility

• Be the face of the company in Korea and craft policy and communications strategy

• Partner with product team to ensure proper localization of both our software and hardware products

• Communicate strategy internally and inspire to achieve the business goals

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• 7+ yrs experience in general management; strong track record of coaching and developing teams

• A positive, hands-on management approach that encourages creative problem-solving

• Charismatic with an insatiable desire to lead

• Metrics driven mindset

• Strong networking ability will be preferred
