Mid-size apparel shopping mall planning to go IPO

Job Description:

• Design of lady shoes

• Market research on latest shoes trends and seasonal product planning

• Product sampling and management

• Interact with production team

• Stake holder meetings and propose new products

• Quality control and product management

• Manage defects

Job Requirements:

• 5~10 years of relevant work experience, prefer candidates with backgrounds in lady shoes

• Proven experience in launching new products

• Frequent travel required (5~10 per year to overseas' production sites)

• Good communication skills

• Positive attitude and problem solving skills
