Mid-size apparel shopping mall planning to go IPO

Job Description:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

[Cash Flow Management]

• EBITDA, CAPEX, AR/AP Management

• Inventory level management

• Report / manage daily cash flow

• Confirm expense under certain limit

• Manage working capital through controlling AR / AP term

[Financial Planning & Analysis]

• Budgeting

• Analyze key metrics including strategic metrics and derive improvements - reflect channel P&L through in-depth discussion with the channel manager

• Manage and improve operating profit and contribution margin

• Review channel performance and adjust budget base on the result

• Report essential financial information to management team

• Reflect financial priorities to business priorities

• Report Monthly FCF bridge and EBITDA bridge

• Review ‘Daily Performance Sheet’ and KPIs of deparments

2. Tax and Accounting

• Monthly closing and report financial statement including IS, BS

• Report quarterly VAT, corporate tax

• Decide accounting items base on accounting guidelines

• Handle finance audit

• Adjust and manage official finance report

• Build tax and accounting team internally

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of financial statements/GAAP for areas of responsibility and deliver accurate results

• Proactively participate in key tasks associated with technical accounting issues

• Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant preferred, but not required

• Experience in leading and coordinating components of large projects

• Create and deliver presentations to internal or external stakeholders
