Job Description:

• Carry out on-site preventative maintenance, service actions and other routine tasks according to customer requests and contract obligations.

• Report on designed/installed equipment, which is not performing to the design specifications.

• Manage allocated assets including spare parts, computers and tools.

• Ensure high standard of service, skill, ability with current products.

• Resolve within a reasonable time any equipment faults and ensure quality of output.

• Involvement in continual improvement activities.

• Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted on time and correct.

• Escalate issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure Operations are informed of any improvements.

• Develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with customer.

• Recognize and report sales opportunities for Customer Service and all other divisions of the Company.

• Use hazard identification tools and systems to ensure safe work practices are used and work areas and customer sites are hazard free. 

• Ensure compliance of all health & safety legislation assignments undertaken.

• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

• Ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Engineer level ( good experienced Engineer)

• Possess a 4 year bachelor degree in Electrical (not electronics) /Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering/Automation/Automobile(Automotive)/Controls & Measurement

• Able to travel to all sites (mainly  Dongnam or Gunpo) travel to other sites will be planned and informed in advance.

• Preferably with experience in leading a team. This role will be leading the service team in technical matters.

• Preferably with experience as an electrician or controls engineer

• Basic understanding of Mechanical parts

• Physically fit to handle heavy equipment (~20kg)

• Ability to supervise field electrical works

• Proficiency in English (written & spoken) is mandatory.

• Possesses a related national qualification  (preferably in electrical engineering)

• Ability to use design software design tools (AUTOCAD or Eplan) at a level of modifying given drawings from Design team or development team.

• Understanding or OH&S requirements
