Position background:

• Responsible for achieving financial objectives

• Strategy and planning

• Distribution channel development and management

• Marketing and sales

• Financial analysis

• Administration and reporting

• Field execution

• Occupational health and saftey

Job Requirements

[Essential]

• Minimum 15 years sales & marketing experience, with 10 years Key Account Management

• Experience in FMCG, Pharmacy, or Health Food industry

• Experience of managing instore promoter or merchandiser

• Experience of managing distributor or wholesalers

• Numeracy ability

• Computer skills

[Desirable]

• Advanced documentation skills

• Presentation skills

• Internal and external operating systems

• Scan Data analysis, or other syndicated data experience

• Tertiary education, preferably Bachelors degree in Business or Economics
