Position background:

The company is about to launch a business in Korea and it is looking for Operations Leader who will ensure that the company's products / services are fully functional, creating the best experience for the customers

 Job Description:

• Working closely with the Regional Operations Team in APAC, contribute to improving performance and productivity of system operating procedures

• Ensure assets are managed and controlled well in alignment with quality specifications, ensure maximum efficiency, monitor and plan inventory

• Improve operational processes, act as a consultant to advise best practices to guarantee organizational well-being

• Contribute to achieve company’s strategic and operational objectives

• Manage and grow an on-ground team of contract staff and operational specialists to produce consistently excellent results

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lead a young growing team to scale

• Optimize operational efficiency using data driven analytical skills, strong attention to detail

• Effectively communicate to all levels of the Organization

• Professional English and Native Language proficiency. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be preferred.

• Technology startup experience in a large ground operations team preferred

• 2nd class upper and above, Bachelors’ degree preferred
