JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage the efficient and effective operation of each organization, including sales/marketing, procurement, logistics, and customer service, aligned with the company's goals.

• Collaborate with c-level executives and employees for strategic operation to execute the company's and CEO's strategies and plans.

• Take responsibility for overall organizational operations, establish and execute operational strategies to achieve business objectives and promote growth.

• Maximize work efficiency and optimize costs through process improvement.

• Establish and operate an effective organizational structure to generate members' performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 15+ years of work experience in operations in the relevant industry

• Capability to oversee the overall management of the cosmetics/beauty industry and the entire business.

• Experience in overall organizational management and performance creation in a growth organization.

• Leadership that can operate Lean & Agile organizations quickly and dynamically with a strategic mindset for environmental change.

• Leadership that leads the establishment, execution/pursuit of company strategies, and key innovative businesses.
