Company Description:

As a world leader in health supplements, the company manufactures and distributes extensive range of vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements. It employs over 1000+ people and the products are sold in 17 markets across Asia Pacific region.


Position background:

Responsible channel sales (i.e. Hyper Markets, TV homeshopping, e-commerce) This is a replacement position.


 Job Description: 

  • Drive the business to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets

  • Expected to implement the strategic plan, develop/execute account strategies

  • Ability to build deep relationships and develop a strong understanding of the business to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Execution of strategic plan and policies for the business

  • Execution of Strategic Account plans.

  • Develop key metrics to monitor and measure business performance.

  • Identify opportunities.

  • Channel management, Eg. mass channels such as hyper markets, TV Home Shopping and e-commerce (day-to-day management, new business development, channel strategy, resolution of channel conflict, and relationship management)


Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Commerce

  • Excellent professional selling, negotiation and communication skills is essential

  • Strong personnel management and development skills

  • Excellent people skills with the ability to develop and foster lasting relationships

  • Strong comfort level with identifying and qualifying new opportunities. 

  • Creative thinking with problem solving skills

  • Must be results driven, with proven record of year over year sales growth

  • Provide timely and consistent reporting as requested
