• Lead Change Management related activities

• Support top management on change management

• Analyze and identify change requirements in terms of business, organization, culture and process

• Execute change management projects

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in organizational development, business process innovation, or start up experience

• Prefer candidates with information technology industry background

• Proven work experience in change management in large commercial organizations

• Experience in identifying change management requirements and executing change management experience in business, organization, culture or process

• Experience in business digital transformation

• Experience in inter-department cooperation

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Leadership experience
