Job Description: 

• Preparation of and participation in new business presentations

• Business research

• Valuation analysis and financial modeling

• Preparation of Confidential Offering Memos

• Development of potential buyer lists

• Preparation of management presentations

• Significant client interaction at multiple levels

• Identification and Interaction with potential buyers

Job Requirements: 

• At least three years of experience in investment banking at the Analyst or Associate level; strong M&A execution experience

• Strong undergraduate and graduate academic performance

• MBA or equivalent graduate school degree

• Significant related work experience

• Merger and acquisition experience

• Strong writing skills

• Fluent English / Native Korean

• Relevant license is a plus (i.e. CPA, CFA)
