The Position:
As a Senior Retail Merchandise Lead, you will drive the implementation of regional strategy, best practices, and execution of the commercial agenda in collaboration with Merchandising Leads. You will work closely with Merchandising Managers to exceed financial targets and ensure the strongest possible commercial and financial outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in coaching and guiding the leads to achieve these goals.
Job Description:
Implement and execute commercial strategies in line with the direction from Merchandising Managers, collaborating with Merchandising Leads to drive best practices and exceed financial targets.
Utilize a customer-centric approach in all activities, leveraging retail knowledge and understanding synergies between channels to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Foster strong buy-in from operational teams to effectively implement and execute regional strategies.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in the role as Senior Retail Merchandise Lead, you should have strong commercial focus and are insight and data driven, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. You should have a broad merchandising knowledge and commercial experience that understands the total picture from customer demands on our offers.
Economics or Business degree/relevant qualifications.
Proven experience in retail(3 years+) or a related field with a strong understanding of merchandising and commercial strategies.
Excellent coaching and leadership skills with a track record of guiding teams to success.
Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
