Online retail service company comprised of small businesses offering products mostly to international buyers
Lead the content initiative and guide the team to drive business results from a content and user experience perspective
Lead cross-team collaboration efforts with product managers, graphic designers, interaction designers, marketing specialists, and front-end developers throughout the creative process. Create and optimize team workflows.
Be responsible for the voice, tones and quality of the content on the online website. Maintain copy guidelines to ensure the website has a consistent language, tone, and voice.
Lead the team to create, edit, and proofread content across a variety of platforms and languages. Give crisp copy for banners, site navigation, inline instructions, product description, and more.
Take ownership of the strategy and execution for online web site’s social media presence.
Manage the team’s resources and scalability, including outsourcing, external cooperation, content management tools and user generated content.
5 years or more of full-time content experience. E-commerce or agency experience preferred.
Team management experience
A portfolio showing high-quality content deliverables
Related degree preferred but not required
Fluent English / Spoken Mandarin is a bonus
