    Job Description:


    [Primary Priorities]

    • This position will be responsible to grow new distributors and key task will be to focus on developing new customers to grow South Korea market.


    [Others]

    • Evaluate and develop strategies for targeted market (Semiconductor, Medical and Machine Maker) to generate new leads and opportunities.

    • Build strong and collaborative relationship with customers.

    • Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure smooth delivery to customers.

    • Conduct market research and feedback to Sales Director for assessment

    • Drive product presentation and penetration with confidence

    • Sales driven mindset with focus in achieving the sales revenue

    • “Hunter” like mentality to look for new customers

    • Weekly reviews to Sales Director for reporting

    • Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by Superior


    Job Requirements:


    • Diploma/degree in Engineering is a must; preferably electrical-trained

    • At least 5 years relevant experience in a technical sales role

    • Proven track record of new sales development

    • Industrial experience, preferably in one or more of the following - Automation / process control / power distribution

    • Experience searching, developing and managing distributorship channels

    • Excellent communicator and team player

    • High degree of initiative, drive and responsibility

    • Familiarity and preference working with an SME-type structure

    • Some regional traveling may be needed in future

    • Solid English fluency / Native Korean

    • Candidate must own a vehicle and needs to have a driver license
