Company Description: As a world leader in health supplements, the company manufactures and distributes extensive range of vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements. It employs over 1000+ people and the products are sold in 17 markets across Asia Pacific region.
Position background: Ownership of all aspects of Sales initiatives. This is a replacement position.
Job Description: Achieve in-market sales target for different channels (online, Offline, TV-homeshopping, others) Work closely with the company distributors / wholesalers Assist in design and implementation of promotional plans and ensure program plans aligned to meet strategic account and channel objectives Timely reporting / feedback to management on consumer and competitor trends Develop and maintain key account's promotional calendar including pricing submissions and all associated administration Communicate and coordinate account specific merchandising and execution plans, ensuring alignment through monthly objective setting meetings. The position reports to the Country Manager and have 1 direct report Job Requirements
Essential: Minimum 6 years sales experience, with 3 years Key Account Management Experience in FMCG, Pharmacy, or Health Food industry. Experience of managing instore promoter or merchandiser. Experience of managing distributor or wholesalers, Numeracy ability. Computer skill Desirable: Advanced documentation skills (MS office) Presentation skills Experience in Internal and external operating systems Scan Data analysis, or other syndicated data experience. Tertiary education, preferably Bachelors degree in Business or Economics. * All positions within the company starts with a contract position.
