Getting a job offer feels great.

After interviews, follow-ups, and waiting, you finally get the message:

"We’d like to offer you the position!”

It is easy to feel that the hard part is over.

But there is still one important decision to make.

Should you actually say YES?

Before accepting an offer, there are a few things worth checking.

1. 📄 Read the Fine Print

Don't look only at the salary.

Take the time to understand the full package:

• Base salary / Title

• Bonus structure

• Stock or equity

• Benefits

• Probation period

• Joining Date / Notice period

You don't have to figure everything out by yourself.

A good recruiter isn't just there to get you the offer.

They're there to help you make sense of it.
