[In-Market Sales]
Collect In-market data to prepare Seoul in-market sales report
Collect In-market data from 10 province distributors to prepare Province in-market sales report
Consolidate data to focus on Top 20 Hospital
[Internal Sales System Update & Management]
Update the internal sales system to help Marketing with forecasting
Consider future FX impact in value forecasting
Improve Internal Sales System forecast accuracy by tracking top products
Manage the system to have sufficient stock level with distributors
Regular follow up and report to APAC for forecast accuracy
[Supply Chain]
Monitor incoming shipments to ensure on time delivery, keep local team and distributors updated on incoming shipments and stock availability
Manage custom clearance and local sales by issuing invoice to distributor
Manage costs for custom clearance and other freights costs and tie this with financial objectives
Works closely with local teams, distribution vendor and international supply chain to ensure that stock replenishment are timely and optimum to support demand targets.
Manage local inventories and ensure optimal inventory level by reviewing back orders, stock holding and excess
To handle customer orders and to ensure accurate and timely delivery as per customer’s requirements. To be the liaison for customer with regards to product availability/price/invoice and delivery.
To administer shipment service complaints and insurance claims in accordance to Company standard procedures
[General Affairs & Office Management]
Support sales admin jobs for sales team and country manager and marketing activities such as the company symposium and national distributor meeting
Assist finance team to upload all incoming invoices via VISP for journal entries
Assist finance team to prepare payments of supplier invoices and perform bank account reconciliation versus bank statement
Control leasing and rental equipment in office and prepare office supplies
Support organizing meetings and booking flight schedule and accommodation
Manage legal jobs – Board of Director onboarding or resignation, Corporate registration update
Local IT support - Help employess to report IT problem into Service now and follow up on solutions
Support regional IT team on IT investigation and new equipment set up
Perform timely translation upon request
Perform custom clearance upon needed
Organize team building and workshop activities
Employee leave management
Job Requirements:

Education: University degree
