Job Description:
Partner with Global and Regional teams to manage operations and fulfilment of the Company products & auxiliary materials to meet customers’ demand
Oversee forecasting and coordination with supply sources for timely replenishment of the Company products & auxiliary materials
Enforce strong inventory control and distribution records in SAP system
Manage SAP transactions relating to operational process of Order-to-Cash (OTC) – covering OE, MIGO, and PGI
Monitor and manage freight and logistics partners’ performance for shipping, brokerage, warehousing and domestic distribution
Support customs clearance for importation and exportation of medical devices and non-medical device by necessary application (e.g. spot permit from KMDIA, Korea)
Resolve shipping and distribution related issues and feedbacks with systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions - Preventive Actions (CAPA) Plan
Drive improvement initiatives to optimize operations and processes with objectives of (a) reducing cost, (b) shortening fulfillment lead-time, and (c) enhancing customer experience
Support Global and Regional projects pertaining to SAP Systems Implementation-Customization-Enhancement, Go-To-Market Strategy, Regulatory Compliance & Audit, etc.
Provide guidance to other functions (such as marketing) on logistics related matters to enhance efficiency of operations (e.g. distribution of point-of-sales materials)
Job Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Business Management, Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience
3-5 years of experience in the logistics industry or in a similar role managing logistics service providers
In-depth understanding of Supply Chain processes including International Shipping, Brokerage, Contract Logistics and Domestic Transportation in assigned countries
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of SAP system is essential (MUST)
Exposure to Healthcare & Life Science sector (particularly Medical Device Industry) is preferred
Strong critical thinking, analytical and decision making skills with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with different functional teams across the organization
Pro-active, willing-to-learn attitude and “roll up sleeves” to accomplish all necessary tasks
Fluent English / Native Korean
