Job Description:
Drive the operating rhythm of financial service delivery as well as provides (and actively drives) the organisation with key insights to problem solve, find efficiencies and generally improve the services.
Drive continuous improvement and internal efficiencies (supply chain improvements, IT enhancements, finance/commercial & warehouse operations etc) to reduce cost and improve margins
Handle enquiries from customer relating to service gaps, process, service development, etc.
Develop and build relationships with key external contacts and conduct regular meetings to review performance and operational issues
Enforce procedures to ensure products are reviewed, approved, and validated during key lifecycle points
Understand the annual and project budget process and maintain cost within the plans
Participate in functional, technical, and interface requirements gathering and ensure requirement changes are included in final design documentation
Owns the exception management process for the market and the reporting/execution of resolutions
Execute, per provided end to end play book for client delivery of Financial Services product solutions
Provides support in developing, implementing and administering client level and Business analytics reporting in support of the Business
Ensure there is confidence and satisfaction in the service customers receive
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in service orientated product industry and commercial/finance management within large global companies with demonstrated experience in building successful multi-level relationships. Ideally within the telecommunications industry
Demonstrated experience in ERP, Inventory Management Systems, and sales portal implementation/ deployment
Working experience with financial services products and external financial partners
Proven ability to identify, articulate and translate business opportunities and customer experience needs into effective operational processes
Significant breadth and depth of experience across multiple disciplines including IT, Operations, Analytics/Reporting and Customer Experience
Expert in MS Excel and Power Point
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
Fluent English / Native Korean
