Company Description:
Multinational Financial Group providing clients with diverse financial services including asset management, banking, advisory and risk/capital solutions across debt, equity and commodities
Job Description:
Convening Board and Shareholder meetings for Group subsidiary companies
Collating and distributing board papers, attending meetings and taking minutes
Attending to all necessary statutory company filings with the appropriate bodies in compliance with local laws
Processing requests to affix subsidiary company seals in accordance with the group’s/jurisdictional document execution policy
Maintaining company secretarial registers, including internal database via Blueprint
Monitoring Blueprint alerts and ensuring appropriate action is taken
Managing day-to-day relationships with external service providers
Contributing to and reviewing due diligence questionnaires for the dissolution of group companies
Dealing with requests for company statutory information and copy documents from the business groups and external parties for verification purposes
Involvement in Group-wide ad hoc projects within the Division as required
Documenting processes to develop and maintain written procedures for key tasks
Job Requirements:
Two to five years administration experience, ideally in a multinational company or global team
Strong communication skills, including excellent spoken and written English and native Korean
Ability to absorb and act upon instructions, whether received by verbal or written means
Good team ethic and also comfortable to work autonomously
Ability to build effective working relationships with diverse / geographically dispersed stakeholders
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Sharp attention to detail, with a clear understanding of the importance of excellent administration and client service
Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Highly motivated with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, working additional hours when required
Integrity, knowing how to ‘do the right thing’ and when an issue requires escalation
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel
Spoken and written Japanese would be preferable
