Established in 2017, the client is a buyout private equity with AUM of 350bil.KRW with strong focus on technology investments

Job Description:  

• Transactions – Work within the deal team to help evaluate investment opportunities, research industry dynamics, analyze complex data sets to identify crucial financial and business information, and support the execution of deals.

• Portfolio Management and Operations – Work within the deal team to help manage portfolio company reporting, oversight, and operations and will also have occasional opportunities to work directly with management teams to help implement industry best practices in a variety of areas (examples include organizational structure, employee compensation, financial reporting, sales execution, and product road mapping).

• Internal Firm Operations – Work with other company professionals across product groups to identify and research new investment opportunities, support the creation of new best practices, and help raise investment capital

Job Requirements: 

• Reputable undergraduate degree with superior academic performance

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience (i.e: Consulting, Software/Data, Finance, Accounting, Alternative Investment Funds)

• CPA license

• High degree of personal and professional maturity

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated track record of success in school and in your current professional role

• Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative

• Exceptional work ethic and a deep sense of accountability

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• Interest in financial markets and technology industry sectors and trends

• Ability to multi-task, working on conflicting priorities simultaneously, while always meeting deadlines and high standards of work quality

• Open to frequent travel

• Native Korean / Business level English
