Joint Venture between Global Mobility Company and Korean Investors

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• New Business Planning / Execution

• Service / Product Launch

• Formulate Market Penetration Strategy

• Establish Service Policy / Process

• Enhance Customer Satisfaction through Service Enhancement

• Other Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Strategy and the Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 7 years’ work experience and minimum 3 years service/product planning or new business development

• Bachelors degree (Major in Business Administration / marketing / economics or relevant studies)

• Excellent communication skills needed in Korean and English (not mandatory), verbal and written

• Excellent use of MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel

• Written and Oral Presentation Skills

• Multitasking, yet hands-on to details and highly organized

• Self-motivated, high passion to grow

• Autonomous

• Proactive, takes initiatives, idea generator

• Open minded & curious

• Clear interest in working in International environment, able to work effectively with people of different cultures

• Preferred Skills

  • Mass service launch experience

  • Mobility, car sharing, rental, Information technology background

  • Deep understanding of customer behavior and experience market/customer segmentation and analysis

  • Fluent English
