Company Description:

A manufacturer of 3D printers and 3D production systems for office-based rapid prototyping and direct digital manufacturing solutions


Job Description: 

  • Promote the brand in Korea and maintain its leadership position in the market

  • Formulate marketing strategy and ensure effective implementation of marketing programs / campaigns that serve the regional goals and business objectives

  • Act as strategic lead across marketing efforts, ranging from campaigns, building digital experiences, paid media planning, and collaborate with social media marketing

  • Develop integrated channel marketing programs

  • Formulate marketing plans for all product series, and new product introductions

  • Enable channel partners to optimize joint marketing efforts

  • Work closely with the Global Marketing leader on larger initiatives to improve the company's marketing efforts across multiple teams

  • Demonstrate knowledge of marketing, customer research to become a trusted advisor and strategic resource to stakeholders and team members

  • Contribute to thought-leadership across strategy, marketing and communication

  • Manage branding & advertising campaigns and PR programs

  • Localize Marcomm materials & web sites, and create locally applicable marketing assets

  • Engage with third party vendors and alliance partners on go-to-market programs

  • Marketing Budget-management

  • Forecast and identify market trends and challenges


Job Requirements: 

  • At least 8 years of enterprise/B2B marketing and public relations experience in the technology/high-tech/software/hardware industry in Korea

  • Experience in developing channel programs with focus on channel communication, enablement, MDF and joint programs

  • Hands-on experience developing and managing offline events

  • Skilled in project management

  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management

  • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • A knack for problem-solving

  • Customer-service orientation

  • A team player with leadership skills

  • BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred

  • Fluency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly self-motivated, independent, detailed-oriented, ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changes.


[Prefered Qualifications]

  • Familiarity with Marketo / SiteCore / Salesforce

  • Work experience in marketing Agency

  • Work experience in Public Relations Agency
