JOB SUMMARY:

Take full charge of supply chain management including demand planning, production planning, material planning and SIOP. Drive customer on time delivery, inventory control, supply chain cost improvement to support company objectives, goals and business growing.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage, coordinate, and develop teams and processes to execute SIOP cycle to drive short & long-term decision making on staffing, prioritized allocation of resources/capacity, and quarterly/monthly sales forecast achievement.

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service function to optimize customer order and forecast management to fulfill customer demand and past-due reduction.

• Lead production planning to streamline customer forecast to production plan through MPS and MPR system.

• Lead material planning team to plan and execute material on time delivery and flexibility improvement.

• Manage the inventory control to keep the best inventory level and DOH to support business needs.

• Optimize the total supply chain cost to pursue freight and duty reduction.

• Build up lean supply chain by digitalization, process improvement and system development.

• Coach and develop SCM team to be professional and high performance.

• Other assigned task and projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree, major in supply chain and logistic as a plus.

• At least 10 years Planning/Logistics/Supply Chain/warehouse experience.

• Result driving, good at problem solving.

• Strong communication skill, teamwork, open mind, high customer satisfaction oriented.

• Strong data analytical skill.

• High skilled in SAP ERP/MRP, IBP, Office.

• Self-motivated and diligent working attitude.

• Effective English verbal and written communications skill
