The consulting and analytics team delivers tangible, impactful, and financial results for clients including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants. Leveraging deep expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operations, and macroeconomics, the team tackles the most strategic challenges facing its clients. In Korea, the team offers a full range of consulting services and solutions tailored to local needs, helping clients address key issues in strategic growth, profitability, risk management, and digital strategy.
We are looking for a Director to lead Digital/Technology advisory client engagements, functioning as the main project manager to facilitate client growth in the payment industry. This role will coordinate across clients, internal teams, and external partners to implement technology solutions, including product implementation and system development.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
[Business Development]
Drive the development of new digital/technology-focused agenda in the payments industry, including areas such as artificial intelligence and blockchain
Build strong client relationships to understand challenges and drive growth
Collaborate with internal teams to identify consulting opportunities
Analyze and refine business cases to maximize impact
[Project Delivery]
Lead consulting projects, especially in digital/technology practice, such as redefining business models and enhancing performance through the strategic application of AI and emerging technology
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction
Act as the main point of contact, facilitating clear communication between stakeholders
Oversee teams of consultants and developers, ensuring alignment and efficiency
Develop new digital/technology discussion materials, identify critical issues, and propose solutions
Prepare client proposals, outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, and methodologies
Deliver engaging presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
Execute projects while managing relationships, governance, and problem resolution
Provide tailored solutions and recommendations, leveraging the Company’s best practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institution with 10+ years of work experience after completing your degree
Work experience as a PM in top management consulting firms is a must
Specialist in one area of Digital Transformation – Technology or Digital Strategy or Digital Marketing or Driving Program Management for large Digital Transformation engagements will be required
Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to develop well-structured communications and deliver presentations to audiences
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept to implementation
Strong analytical skills, ability to have structured thinking and build strong arguments, comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing scenarios
Self-starter individual with a keen appetite for learning
Collaborative team player with ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds

MBA from a top business school preferred
