Company Description:

Multinational Financial Group providing clients with diverse financial services including asset management, banking, advisory and risk/capital solutions across debt, equity and commodities


Job Description:

  • Convening Board and Shareholder meetings for Group subsidiary companies

  • Collating and distributing board papers, attending meetings and taking minutes

  • Attending to all necessary statutory company filings with the appropriate bodies in compliance with local laws

  • Processing requests to affix subsidiary company seals in accordance with the group’s/jurisdictional document execution policy

  • Maintaining company secretarial registers, including internal database via Blueprint

  • Monitoring Blueprint alerts and ensuring appropriate action is taken

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with external service providers

  • Contributing to and reviewing due diligence questionnaires for the dissolution of group companies

  • Dealing with requests for company statutory information and copy documents from the business groups and external parties for verification purposes

  • Involvement in Group-wide ad hoc projects within the Division as required

  • Documenting processes to develop and maintain written procedures for key tasks


Job Requirements:

  • Two to five years administration experience, ideally in a multinational company or global team

  • Strong communication skills, including excellent spoken and written English and native Korean

  • Ability to absorb and act upon instructions, whether received by verbal or written means

  • Good team ethic and also comfortable to work autonomously

  • Ability to build effective working relationships with diverse / geographically dispersed stakeholders

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Sharp attention to detail, with a clear understanding of the importance of excellent administration and client service

  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Highly motivated with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, working additional hours when required

  • Integrity, knowing how to ‘do the right thing’ and when an issue requires escalation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel

  • Spoken and written Japanese would be preferable
