Job Description:    

  • An Associate Clinical Support Manager

  • Manage day to day tasks within Clinical Care department

  • Oversee development of content of clinical training and reference materials, manage content, process, and message of Clinical Customer Support

  • Provide Clinical Training (internal) – Establish and oversee internal clinical education, in particular Sales and Clinical Customer Support

  • Act as the liaison for key research personnel at the company Research Partner Institutions

  • Represent the company's clinical research at academic and professional events

  • Provide clinical guidance to team members related to research project.

  • Work with Key Opinion Leaders in the development of publications that can be used as case studies. Administer clinical studies and act as the marketing liaison

  • Ensure adequate coverage and availability of resources and ensure ownership, action to resolution, back up and contingency within the team

  • Manage departmental procedures to obtain 100% accuracy and completeness in all area

  • Continuously identify and drive improvement initiatives through people, process & systems/tools

  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

  • Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required


Job Requirements:  

  

  • College graduate (BA/BS) in dentistry, biology or chemistry are preferred

  • Minimum 5 years’ related experience in medical / dental related areas

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English

  • Results oriented with proven work experience

  • Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills with an ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience

  • Critical-thinking abilities to analyze business problems and situations and target specific needs of customers

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative to creatively solve problems in a timely fashion, make decisions independently and implement changes quickly and effectively
