Company Description:

A manufacturer of 3D printers and 3D production systems for office-based rapid prototyping and direct digital manufacturing solutions

Job Description: 

• On-going application support to channel partners demo activities and to ensure all processes are undertaken correctly for successful demonstration

• On-going benchmark printing support to channel partners, handling benchmark escalation request by offering the best solution and printing the highest quality benchmark per customer’s requirement & needs.

• Working closely with channel partners to ensure all benchmarks are reported with accurate info into the benchmark reporting system in a timely manner

• Working closely with channel partners to monitor competition activities and escalate to management for any new product, new 3D printer entrant or special campaign in the market

• Conducting live demos for prospects

• Provide frontal technical sales support to channel partners - visiting prospects and assist on offering the best solution to customers and advancing opportunity to close sale

• Marketing Support – supporting corporate as well as channel partner’s marketing events

• Ensure proper field implementation and testing of existing & newly sought post processes from HQ

Job Requirements: 

• 5+ years’ relevant experience in marketing campaigns

• Hands-on experience developing and managing offline events

• Skilled in project management

• Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management

• Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office

• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability

• Excellent organizational skills

• A knack for problem-solving

• Customer-service orientation

• A team player with leadership skills

• BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferred

• Fluency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly self-motivated, independent, detailed-oriented, ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changes.

[Prefered Qualifications]

• BSc in Engineering (Mechanical is preferred)

• Good technical understanding of multidisciplinary equipment

• Experience in Rapid Prototyping /Manufacturing environment is an advantage

• Good analytical skills to conduct follow up and field analysis

• Experience in CAD/CAM – strong mastering of CAD (mainly SolidWorks) and STL files handling (Prefer Magics)

• 2-3 years working experience

• Good presentation skills

• Fluent English, good command in writing

• Energetic, creative, independent, detail-minded with good problem solving skills

• Good communication and listening skills for interfacing with internal & external customers

• Multi- tasking and ability to correctly organize & prioritize workload

• Team player

• No issues in frequent travel
