TEAM MISSION:
The consulting and analytics team delivers tangible, impactful, and financial results for clients including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants. Leveraging deep expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operations, and macroeconomics, the team tackles the most strategic challenges facing its clients. In Korea, the team offers a full range of consulting services and solutions tailored to local needs, helping clients address key issues in strategic growth, profitability, risk management, and digital strategy.
We are looking for a Director to manage technology advisory client engagements, functioning as the main project manager to facilitate client growth in the payment industry. This role will coordinate across clients, internal teams, and external partners to implement technology solutions, including product implementation and system development.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Build strong client relationships to understand challenges and drive growth
Collaborate with internal teams to identify consulting opportunities
Analyze and refine business cases to maximize impact
[Project Delivery]
Lead technology strategy and implementation projects from planning to completion
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction
Act as the main point of contact, facilitating clear communication between stakeholders
Oversee teams of consultants and developers, ensuring alignment and efficiency
Develop technology discussion materials, identify critical issues, and propose solutions
Prepare client proposals, outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, and methodologies
Deliver engaging presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
Execute projects while managing relationships, governance, and problem resolution
Provide tailored solutions and recommendations, leveraging best practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
10+ years in professional roles, including payments, mobile, software, hardware, IT consulting, or technology services
Expertise in payment technologies such as authorization, clearing & settlement, gateways/PSPs, risk management, tokenization, EMV 3DS
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept to implementation
Strategic mindset, balancing high-level vision with precise execution
Strong leadership, collaboration, and adaptability within matrixed organizations
Excellent communication, including impactful presentations
Self-motivated, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities concurrently
Project and budget management skills, ensuring timely delivery
Successful track record in technology-related business development
Fluent English proficiency
