현재 외국계 기업에서 채용팀장으로 재직 중인 저자는 채용 경력 10년 이상의 베테랑이다. 미국에서 석사 과정을 마친 뒤 외국계 써치펌에서 헤드헌터로 커리어(경력)를 시작한 저자는 국내 대기업뿐만 아니라 다수의 외국계 기업의 채용 담당자로 근무했다.
