Use hazard identification tools and systems to ensure safe work practices are used and work areas and customer sites are hazard free.
Resolve within a reasonable time any equipment faults and ensure quality of output.
Involvement in continual improvement activities.
Ensure compliance of all health & safety legislation.
Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted on time and correct.
Carry out on-site preventative maintenance, service actions and other routine tasks according to customer requests and contract obligations.
Escalate issues in a timely manner.
Ensure high standard of service, skill, ability with current products.
Ensure Operations are informed of any improvements.
Develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with customer.
Report on designed/installed equipment, which is not performing to the design specifications.
Manage allocated assets including spare parts, computers and tools.
Recognize and report sales opportunities for Customer Service and all other divisions of the Company.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Communication in English (above average in reading & writing)
Background or experience in mechanical or electrical or mechatronics or factory automation or PLC.
Understanding of OH&S requirements.
Ability to interact and liaise with all team members.
Customer focus and relationship skills.
Ability to operate alone or as part of a team.
Ability to analyze.
Ability to work without supervision
Ensure customer satisfaction on all assignments undertaken.
Work Location: Multiple openings in Korea including Seoul
