Job Description:
Supervise, lead, animate and motivate all Laboratory staff. Actions related to staff management will be carried out in collaboration with HR, Regional Lab Manager and Top Management.
Manage the Laboratory staff:
Train and maintain the technical skills
Recruit staff with the HR team
Identify the training to be implemented to achieve the objectives of the Laboratory
Manage the equipment:
Ensure the equipment maintenance
Monitor equipment utilization rate
Act as Activity Manager, providing technical guidance internally to the team and externally to clients.
Participate to continuous improvement of the Lab productivity
Ensure SLA compliance (session duration, reports delivery delay)
Ensure maintenance of accreditations and obtain new accreditations according to the plan established by the Management
Carry out test authorities monitoring and maintain good relationships
Apply and develop the quality policy of the Company Laboratories in collaboration with the Quality Department
Follow the budget of the Laboratory (investments ...)
Job Requirements:
[Job related knowledge]
Global knowledge of the electronic banking certification market (major players like EMVCo ...)
Technical knowledge required of the electronic certification sector (standards, processes ...)
At least 5 years experienced on a similar position (management experience in test environment, team management)

Management skills
Ability to make decisions
Excellent relationship and good contact with any hierarchical level
Ability to be the relay of the Top Management
Knowledge of technical standards constraints
Fluent Korean, Intermediate English are mandatory for this position.
