    Position Background:

    The company is looking for a top caliber candidates who will lead the global data service which is the global center of excellence for compensation, benefit and employment practices information

    Job Description:

    • Develop sales strategy and launch new products and services

    • Coordinate sales opportunities and facilitate sales activities

    • Identify need for new services and solutions, Insights & Technologies

    • Establish institutional connections with top clients

    • Establishes a trusted advisor role with clients, superior relationship management

    • Finalizes and presents quality deliverables

    • Builds strong industry expertise in designated sectors

    • Develops annual business plans

    • Responsible for the P&L and profitable growth

    • People management and leading

    Job Requirement:

    • 10+ years of compensation experience, preferably gained in a data services environment

    • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and presentations

    • Demonstrated strength in leading and managing projects

    • Strength in people management

    • Demonstrated ability in the presentation of ideas and solutions

    • High levels of influencing and persuasion skills

    • Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision

    • Strong knowledge of the PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting

    • Understanding of compensation trends

    • Cross-cultural skills an advantage – with tact and diplomacy
