    Company Description:

    Reputable global company specializing in logistics for clinical trial materials and sensitive drug shipments.


    Job Description

    • To monitor inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery

    • To advise customers on any services related issues

    • Working with customers and develop excellent working relationship

    • Analysis of operational problems and development of service solutions.

    • Advise customer latest booking times and documentation required

    • Booking shipment using the company booking system.

    • Supporting other departments – Customer Relationship Management / Transport / Operations and Sales

    • Supplying customers with Service information,

    • Potential customer leads passed on to the Sales department

    • Keeping personnel records

    • Arranging Customers Services shift Roster

    • Attending management meetings weekly

    • Attending meetings with customers if required

    • Assisting auditors if required

    • Training Customers services staff

    • Oversee Customer Services operations and monitor level of service provided


    Job Requirements

    • 3~5 years of work experience in Courier or Freight industry

    • Experience in working with key decision makers

    • Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills

    • Ability work under pressure and multi-task

    • Problem solving and prioritization skills

    • Flexibility in working hours

    • PC / system literate
