    Company Introduction: European leading design company with more than a century of history, backed up by respect and a passion for traditional craftsmanship and one of the biggest manufacturer of furniture, with 300 people working globally.

    Position Background: The company plans to enter the Korea market for the first time and is looking for a Business Development Manager to start the business


    Job Description:

    • Develop retail sales campaign & event activities with partners.

    • Support existing and new partners in growing the brand in alignment with the company's retail strategy and established sales targets.

    • Provide product training to retail staff when required.

    • Collaborate with marketing support on sales campaign or corporate events.

    • Ensure customer service team provide effective and time support to retail partner

    • Track retail partner’s sales performance against their target, convert and drive for outstanding orders submission at all times.

    • Coordinate Customer Service and interact with Supply Chain on order, forecasting and inventory planning of goods to Korea.

    • Develop and plan regular Sales & Technical training workshop

    • Keep accurate records in CRM system of discussions / correspondences with customers.

    • Exercise extreme vigilance in protecting the company brand against “Infringers” and coordinate with legal department when needed to provide all necessary information about potential infringers.

    • Develop Contract sales and project market.

    • Develop and grow a connection to major interior design firms in the market

    Job Requirements:

    • Fluent in Korean and English is a must

    • Outgoing and winning personality

    • Results driven

    • 5-10 years of experience in interior design and/or sales with design furniture’s/accessories

    • Self-driven and independent.

    • Extensive network among interior design companies and architects in the Market

    * This is the first position in Korea and the headcount will belong to regional HQ
