JOB DESCRIPTION:
[Supply Chain Spectrum]
Evaluate and improve overall supply chain processes and systems to enhance supply chain contribution
Implement mid-term Supply Chain strategy for Korea in line with group & regional ambition
Lead the S&OP process in a play to win and business partnering mindset and close collaboration with finance
Responsible for the performance of the logistics network
Challenge positively the status quo to convey and add value to the whole organisation
Monitor and control total logistics costs to secure effective cost to serve
Guarantee the respect of the laws/regulations and the contractual terms
Implement new route-to-market according based on the strategic choices and decisions
[Demand Planning]
Accountable for the forecasting process reliability and quality of the outputs
Challenge and consolidate the forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketing teams
Ensure the global demand plans consistency, by driving conversations toward a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trends and the sales history
Ensure smooth execution of the planning process to secure customer service level
[Inventory Management]
Monitors inventory levels to safeguard products availability, rotation and maximize working capital
Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the overseas stock replenishment
Arbitrate on Supply & Production Planning requirements with the global overseas SC teams
[Warehousing and Dirtribution - Inbound & Outbound]
Drive and animate the SLA with the 3rd Party Logistics (costs, service levels, joint improvements projects, etc.)
Conduct cost analysis and set initiatives and benchmarks for improvement
Challenge Distribution flows, including primary transport flows and warehousing costs
Guarantee service level within the targets while maintaining cost-effective operations
Maintains knowledge of trends, prices, players and overall landscape
Negotiate/discuss with partners on pre-requests, new scheme including order to delivery process, inventory level, claim management
[Team Management]
Develop team motivation and productivity/efficiency with development plans and smart objectives
Foster teamwork, transparency and growth mindset
Encourage bottom-up approach with right level of empowerment, responsibilities and ownership
JOB REQUIREMENTS
6+ years within planning (S&OP, demand and supply management), Order To Cash and logistics operations, preferably in an international FMCG environment
Minimum 3 years’ experience in people management
Familiar with Korea importation process, customs procedures, policies & regulations
Strong analytical skills, Data driven mindset, structured and process-oriented thinking
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with a persistent attention to details
Self-driven, hands on and enthusiastic with consistent records of delivering tangible results
Hand’s-on experience in dealing with 3rd party logistics partner and service level control
Strong sense of time organisation, priorities setting and problem-solving ability
Experienced in management of cross-functional teams
Eager to foster people’s engagement and autonomy + decision-making
Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge about local market: distribution network, channels, market insights
Ability to set up ambitious objectives and drive the activity through efficient KPIs
Strong capability to engage with our customers/partners/suppliers both internally and externally (sales, marketing, master & replenishment planner, factory, regulatory, 3PL, distributors, customs, Korean authorities, etc.)
Pack office proficiency and practical experience with ERP/APS systems and data lakes (SAP, JDA, BW, Power BI...) as a must
Solid business English a must to lead discussions with the region and the headquarters
