Job Description:
Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to potential customers
Drive Commercial & Electronics sales in the region through direct selling or partners, the sales include new product selling, and post sales (consumables, contracts)
Identify key decision maker(s) and influencer(s) within each account
Increase sales by building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships through regular touch points (calls or visits) with clients
Develop a trusted partnership relationship with key customer stakeholders
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions/services to customers according to the defined “Customer Management” regional activity plan
Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
Feedback to internal cross functional /support team to develop better value proposition product/service to customers
Act as Market Intelligent for the region; proactively investigate, research and understand the competitive landscape
Act as the “voice of the customer” to all internal teams
Job Requirements:
Experience in dealing with commercial accounts, familiar with electronics/manufacturing industry is a must
At least 3 years sales or account management experience
Good command in English and native Korean, be able to communicate with internal and external parties effectively
Experience working with large database – analysis and recommendations
Experience in CRM systems
Results driven and aggressive, experience in delivering sales to target
Excellent communication skill with understanding of technical terms when communicating with customers in commercial field
Team player, but self-motivated and able to work independently
Building customer relationships from supplier to partnership
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Must be proactive, solve problems, anticipate needs and have the necessary drive, enthusiasm and sense of urgency to achieve results
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills
Superior interdisciplinary communication and listening skills to interface with internal and external customers
Ability to focus on customer satisfaction as the end result of decision
Ability to adapt to a dynamic changing environment and multitask. Able to deliver in stressful situations
No issues with frequent travels and short business trips domestic / international
