Kim Company Description: Global player in Connectivity and Sensor Solutions JOB DESCRIPTION: [Key Tasks] Plan and manage team target and personal budget Analyze market and industry trends, customer needs, Voice of the Customer (VOC), and the competitive landscape Keep relationship with customers to get the information of customers’ business focus. Search new application to promote new business Communicate new projects between the Company engineers and the clients to optimize concept design Build up the skills of each sales engineers to upgrade engineering and OEMs’ technical trend [Key Performance Measurement] Managing target Support each sales engineer for strategy Arrange target items by each customers New Business Research and find new market or customers’ needs Provide solutions of concept and take a business Manage new business with schedule Introduce new technology Customer Service Engineering support with design concept Support document service Price Management Analysis of competitors price Protect high margin OEMs’ Technical Trend Research and matching the application between HKMC and Global OEMs. Analysis target customers for each applications Others Support existing business in quality, delivery, Drawing, PPAP and Samples.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering (Electronics/Electricity/Mechanical/Automotive) 10+ years of work experience. Minimum 5+ years of sales experience. Proven sales track record Leadership experience preferred Prefer candidates with work background in electrical/electronics/mechanical sectors Project Management / Technical Presentation / Negotiation experience Fluent English / Native Korean
