Kim COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Global data & solution company dedicated to life sciences market JOB DESCRIPTION: Support Global CROs and the Company accounts go-to-market activities to meet individual/team commercial targets on a Quarterly and Annual basis Execute Global CROs and the Company co-business plan and strategy to achieve joint business objectives Lead Global CROs initiatives including but not limited to accelerated sales proposals, partner enablement, technical initiatives, and governance model Coordinate with other Partner team members and Medidata functions to grow partnership into a corporate asset Localize and develop assets for Partners with the related departments, e.g. Partner Portal, Slides, and Collaterals Engage with Partners to acquire signature on contracts ensuring accuracy on specs of contract, providing product and pricing knowledge as necessary, functioning as adjunct sales resource Develop and manage existing Partner relationships in conjunction with multiple internal departments e.g. field sales, finance, sales ops and legal Working within any applicable Governance structure in place with Partner accounts, attending and participating in meetings Manage the sales pipeline with our Partners and update the CRM system Achieve relevant sales targets Work with Regional Account Managers (RAMs) to coordinate opportunity efforts Assisting with the Company Partner Program development, implementation and management, including go-to-market strategy Liaise with internal proposal teams to facilitate detailed pricing and contracting of the Company's software and services, including Sales Orders and Change Orders Act as the lead on chasing revenue and late payments included on Sales Orders and Change Orders, working with external customers to fully understand their processes Provide updates and communicate to Partners on a regular basis - updates of quote, pricing, contractual templates etc Lead ad hoc projects as required Some travel required Other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of and experience in sales, sales operations, business strategy, partner / channel business Demonstrated ability to work with and manage relationships with customers and partners at a management-level Ability to listen actively and think logically, strategically, and tactically to solve complex problems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, able to work independently and demonstrates an ability to assume responsibility and be accountable in a professional manner Command of native Korean (read/write/speak) and business level English Team Worker Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or Computer Science preferred, Master’s Degree or higher a plus Any other complementary courses in Life Science will be an advantage 7+ years of successful hands-on experience working with partners, vendors or within a channels, sales or alliance program At least 5+ years’ experience of the biopharmaceutical clinical trials R&D environment preferred If you are interested, please contact simon.kim@rp4rp.com +82-2-6123-0100

Lead a team of product development engineers responsible for antenna designs for wireless systems and IoT devices. Designs will be focused on different protocol including BLE, WiFi, GNSS, Cellular, etc. Achieve necessary technical performance and design to unit cost targets by exercising a system level understanding of customer application, industry standards, and antenna design/concepts. Collaborate on detail product requirements, oversee the RF simulation, development of design(s), analysis, testing and certification for the antenna products or IoT subsystems/devices. Drive project execution and cross functional collaboration. Formulate project execution plans - Schedule, budget, and risk handling efforts. Establish resource plans. Develop platform approach to design solutions for future products. Detail understanding of the LDS, stamping, plating, molding and assembly processes required to manufacture antenna products. Facilitate communications with internal and external (customer) teams to aid in defining product features and timing. Act as a technical partner and provide support to sales/FAE teams. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer science, or information technology is required. Having a dual bachelor’s degree in business or MBA is a plus. Industry knowledge in the IoT space required. Understanding of wireless communications, IoT ecosystem, antenna manufacturing, and high-tech industry preferred. 8+ years in a product development role and 3+ years in engineering leadership Hands on knowledge of antenna simulation, design and testing. Prior experience leading engineering projects. Familiarity with wireless system architecture and products a plus. Professional in RF simulation with CST/HFSS and antenna pattern test. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, manage and inspire a diverse global team located in multiple regions and spread across multiple engineering disciplines. Proven ability to translate business strategy into meaningful action plans. Must be able to effectively work with people of all levels, cultures and functional backgrounds. Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with a proven track record of forging excellent relationships across organizations and with senior management. Demonstrated results in driving efficiency and productivity in an organization; Six Sigma and Lean methodology experience a plus. Strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of the interdependencies across the RF and mechanic engineering, operations, plant manufacturing, and product management functions.
